We’re committed to ensuring customers are taken care of; from our initial point of contact, through ownership handover which is why we’ve put together resources specifically for Contractors who partner with us. Here, you can find information regarding commercial installation, download CAD Drawings and CSI Specifications, become familiar with equipment used throughout installations, as well as learn what you can expect when coordinating with our project managers.
Working With Our Project Managers
Once under contract, we designate a project manager as your single point of contact. The project manager will work with you to coordinate the drawing process, fabrication, shipping, delivery and installation of the design.
It helps to visualize a custom product before going to the shop drawing phase. For this reason, Bradford can develop 3D concept renderings that illustrate the product in a way that brings it to life before actual shops are drawn.
We work with you to ensure the design of our product is drawn to your exact specifications. Our shop drawings include plan, isometric and section views, equipment criteria and plumbing diagrams, and electrical schematics. Produced using industry standard CAD & Modeling Software, our drawings can be stamped by PE as necessary, or if required, used for permitting with local governing jurisdictions.
Coordination & Project Specifications
Our project managers will coordinate activities with you and/or other trades on the project. This includes coordinating service access, plumbing runs and electrical requirements, equipment room layouts, core/sleeve locations and more. We also provide you with all the necessary product specifications and cut sheets for the supplied components.
Installation & Training
We offer as much, or as little installation assistance as you require. Our highly mobile workforce can provide complete or partial installation. Alternatively, you can coordinate the installation using your own crew and/or sub-contractor. We also offer startup training as needed.
