All Bradford stainless steel pools are CAD engineered & manufactured to exacting tolerances. A typical pool consists of K-braced stainless steel walls with a bellyband, welded to a structural frame. The integral frames hold the welded stainless steel floor plate flat, providing an optimum surface for tiling. The frame is engineered to meet site specific requirements, such as concrete footers or setting the pool directly on the building’s steel structure. Our pools are designed using the latest 3D modeling software, ensuring accuracy throughout the design process. We generate our shop drawings directly from the model and can export the solid model for use in finite analysis programs. Our design and engineering departments collaborate daily for ongoing product development.
