Dale Brodeur, Sr.
CEO
Beginning his career as a welder, Dale Sr. was driven by an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit to found his first business, a stainless steel fabrication shop in the mid sixties. Seeing a demand in the marketplace for high quality, long lasting aquatic vessels an idea was born - the Stainless Steel spa! The first units produced were so well received, that he began to develop and manufacture a full line of stainless steel spas, pools and water features, along the way creating a new niche for his company in the aquatic vessel industry. Bradford Products has since grown exponentially since those early days under Dale’s careful leadership. His direct involvement and hands-on approach to business position him as a highly respected and well-liked figurehead at Bradford Products.
Dale Sr. is an avid outdoorsman, golfer, boater, championship archer and a devoted family man.

Dale Brodeur, Jr.
President
Dale Jr., or “Junior,” as he is affectionately known, has a lifetime of experience in specialty metal fabrication and an intimate understanding in all areas of custom manufacturing processes. Following in the footsteps of his father, Dale Jr. began his working career at an early age, honing his skills as a fabricator through varied positions at FME and IMF. Since Bradford Products’ inception in 1982, Dale has played an integral part in the growth and ongoing success of the company.
Outside of work, he is a caring family man who takes great pride in helping others. Dale Jr. makes the most of the outdoor lifestyle opportunities that living in coastal North Carolina affords him and his family and can often be found on the weekends boating on the intercoastal waterway.

Mike Brodeur, BA Business Management
Vice President
As a youth, Michael Brodeur was apprenticed to his father and became enamored with the family business. He was inspired to enroll at Eckerd College in St.Petersburg, FL, where he earned a BA in Business Management with a double minor in Biology and Psychology. Utilizing the skills he acquired through higher education, Michael has served as Vice President at Bradford Products for 11 years. Michael’s work with a large number of high-profile projects has given him the experience he needs to lead Bradford Products well into the future.
His hobbies include surfing, spending time with his young family, and traveling the globe.

Greg Mash, BVA Design, MOD
Creative Director
Originally hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Greg has an extensive background in design and the professional creative services. Upon completion of his degree, Greg embarked on an extended world trip that saw him in such diverse places as Europe, Canada, Indonesia, South Pacific Islands, Central America and the Caribbean before heading to Wilmington, North Carolina.
His time at Bradford Products has been spent designing new and innovative stainless steel aquatic vessels along with developing the expanding line of SpaExperience hard goods. With a strong work ethic and proven, well rounded design capabilities Greg is a valuable member of the Bradford team.
In 2004, Greg was honored with the PSN "Masters of Design" national
award for pool design. His work has been featured in national trade and consumer publications and magazine covers.

Electrical

Marty Sibiga
Hydraulic and Electrical Systems Manager
Marty has been an integral part of the Bradford team since our inception in 1982. He is directly responsible for design and implementation of specialized hydraulic systems, including electrical, plumbing and equipment package requirements. Recently, Marty has procured the UL certification of the BradPack® commercial hot tub equipment skid—an industry first for pre-engineered and fabricated equipment systems.
As a devoted husband and family man, Marty enjoys spending time with his children and grandkids at the beach and boating along the beautiful North Carolina coast.

Tony Woodard
Plant / Quality Manager
With an impressive 30 years of welding and fabrication experience, Tony Woodard is an essential member of the Bradford team. With his extensive knowledge and training in welding and structural pre-fabrication, Tony has successfully managed the production of countless commercial and residential pool and hot tub installations. Tony has worked with Bradford for 13 years and currently manages a crew of over 100 factory personnel.
Tony loves participating in outdoors sports and fishing in his spare time.

Shane Repola, BA Criminology
Director — Project Management
Shane is the driving force behind the talented team of project managers here at Bradford Products. His 13+ years of project and account management experience serve him well in daily duties and has seen him accomplish the successful completion of major national and international resort & hotel projects. As an integral part of Bradfords' management team, Shane is an extremely valuable asset to the company.
A graduate from Mesa State College, Shane is a respected member of the community who enjoys golf, outdoor sports, snow skiing and traveling.

Peter Miller
Sales Manager
Prior to Bradford, Peter was an account executive with extensive operations and sales experience in a service business that supported the financial services industry. In this role, he focused on business development and building solid lasting relationships with clients.
Since joining Bradford in Fall 2007, Peter has been instrumental in the planning and implementation of process improvements in sales and operations. It’s been an exciting first year for Peter here at Bradford. He has helped make significant improvements to our operations and systems, which is a tribute to our dedicated team of highly skilled and professional teammates. Peter is extremely proud to be part of our growing organization.
In his time away from the office, Peter loves to golf, ski, and spend time with his wife and two sons.

Tile Department

Greg Leed
Tile Department Manager
Greg Leed, originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, attended Shippensburg University. He has been employed with Bradford for 9 years, 4 of which he has spent managing the tile department. Greg has overseen many high profile aquatic projects nationwide and is the "go-to-guy" for all things tile related. Always on the lookout for ways to improve and streamline the labor intensive tiling processes, Greg has played a key role in securing Bradford Products reputation for exceptional quality and producing stunning, one-of-a-kind tiled aquatic vessels.
Greg enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, camping, cooking and nature photography amongst other activities.
